Scheduling
Last year at HVES, we identified a need for a complete master schedule overhaul. After adding additional intervention positions, we wanted to ensure intervention times had minimal impact on classroom instructional time. I was asked to develop three possible schedule options and present them to staff for feedback. After several revisions based on staff input, we successfully implemented the new schedule this school year.

Scheduling is a particular strength of mine. During my summer internship at Haut Gap, Mr. Benintendo and Mr. Vella recognized this strength and asked me to develop the school’s 2025–2026 master schedule. This not only included the timing, but also the organization of their bell zones and their bell schedule. Here is that schedule:
Technology Support
While at Harbor View, I have become the unofficial in-building technology support person. In this role, I assist with hardware, software, and web-based technology issues.
After our school was outfitted with new paint and flooring this summer, all of the school’s Promethean boards were left unattached. I took the initiative to assist and came to the school over the summer to rewire and reinstall all of the Promethean boards.
Additionally, our school was experiencing issues with the improper use of our Facebook page. Administration asked me to recreate the school’s social media presence in a way that provided more administrative control and increased community reach.
